SUBJECT: Action Required: Enrol now for your new HEB Manitoba benefits
HEB Manitoba is pleased to welcome eligible Home Care employees and Mental Health Proctors to the Pension, Disability & Rehabilitation, Life Insurance, Healthcare and Dental Plans with coverage starting October 1, 2025.
The pre-enrolment period is now open, and we strongly recommend that you complete your enrolment by September 30.
Action Required by September 30, 2025
Complete your enrolment in the HEB Manitoba secure member portal by September 30.
Here’s what you need to do:
- Go to hebmanitoba.ca and click the “Member Login” button at the top of the screen. Or click this link.
- Log in to the secure member portal. (If you’re a first-time user you will need to register before you can log in for the first time.) Learn more about how to register.
- After you have logged in, click the bright yellow “Pending Enrolment” tile on your member portal dashboard and follow the prompts to enter your personal information and select your enrolment options.
The enrolment process requires access to a computer. We do not recommend using the web browser on your cellphone. If you don’t have access to a personal computer, see the list of pop-up locations below where computers will be made available for your convenience.
