After receiving feedback on the previous wage calculator, (Local 204/4270/500) developed an update which also includes a retro pay estimator. By entering details about your circumstances, the program can help you estimate your wages under the proposed collective agreement and retro pay.

Members will download and open the file on their devices.
It is recommended to use Excel.
It works in Sheets and Numbers, but was designed for use with Excel.
Many of the cells are locked to ensure the calculation is done correctly.
It is recommended to use the estimator on a computer, although it does work on a phone if you have access to Excel or an app that can open the file.
You will need to know if you are Pool A or B and use the pull-down menu to select one. Please ensure you hit enter/return on your selection. You need to use the pull-down option to select, not just toggle using the arrow for A/B.
